The Usual Story
You've worked hard, or paid an attorney,
to obtain a judgment from the court, only to
find out that the defendant doesn't have to

pay...unless forced to pay, by someone who
can locate assets, even when hidden, and has
the legal expertise to seize them.

In the United States, almost 80% of judgments go unpaid!  Hard to believe, but, it's true.

The Sound Judgment Recovery Solution

As professional Judgment Enforcers, we have the knowledge, experience and expertise to skip trace judgment debtors, locate their assets and then use the legal system to seize them.

You can be assured that every legal strategy available is being used to achieve satisfaction.

How It Works

We purchase your judgment in full, either outright or by future pay contract, for a percentage of whatever we are able to recover. When we file an Assignment of Judgment document with the court, we then have what is known as "permissible purpose", which affords us the legal right to investigate the Judgment Debtor and use the many legal, post-judgment enforcement remedies available to us.

We have access to both public and private
databases, credit reports, DMV records, etc., enabling us to track down the debtor and his or her assets.

What It Will Cost You

Nothing!

All this is done without expense to you. All costs for skip tracing, asset investigation, legal and attorney fees are advanced by Sound Judgment Recovery, and many judgment enforcement related expenses can be added to the total judgment amount and therefore, ultimately, paid by the debtor.

We are compensated only when we are
successful!
